Former apostle to The Messiah and currently the Witch-Queen of Azhabar. She is known as the Heavenly Courtesan, and it is no secret that Shelba takes angels to her bed, as her 5 daughters are all devas. In revolutionary circles it is said she does the same with devils and demons, and she's often referred to as Hell's Whore.

Shelba is the author of the second book in the Bible, in which she describes how the apostles conquered magic in Aedon's name and their battles with the Sorcerers of Narghai.
